WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

A NYC base Retail Specialist who will play a key role in supporting cross-functional initiatives, driving reporting accuracy, and enabling the retail team through both administrative and analytical contributions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the VP Of Retail, including proactively managing complex calendars, scheduling, and travel coordination
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across all levels of the organization, both domestically and internationally
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism
  • Support preparation for business travel and market visits, ensuring all logistics and materials are organized in advance
  • Coordinate and prepare internal and external meetings, presentations, video conferences, and conference calls
  • Evaluate existing reporting tools and recommend enhancements to improve tracking of performance across the Americas East retail network, in partnership with Worldwide (WW) teams
  • Manage weekly store feedback and compile summaries highlighting key business drivers, including appointments, consignments, and clienteling initiatives
  • Assist in the development of sales budgets and commercial targets, providing ad hoc analysis as needed
  • Support performance analysis across key KPIs (UPT, Conversion, Cross-Selling, ATV, ASP) at both store and individual levels when applicable
  • Partner with leadership to propose and implement sales incentives and contests; track performance impact and gather feedback

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, or a related field preferred not required
  • Minimum of 3 years minium of experience in an administrative or coordination role within a retail environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and Power BI
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and follow-up skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with a sales-driven, results-oriented approach
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal presence
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across teams
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
  • High level of professionalism, energy, and attention to detail
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently while also contributing as a collaborative team player

The base salary: $65,000-$70,000 ( subject to change and is based on experience)
