As part of our broader learning efforts, we have introduced a glossary that is translated into all our languages, ensuring that every colleague has a common understanding. This ever-evolving document will be updated regularly, reflecting our commitment to ongoing learning and shared knowledge.
In 2023, we obtained the Italian gender equality certification, and we are committed to expanding the qualitative and quantitative KPIs globally. With our unwavering dedication, we have successfully reduced the gender pay gap to less than 10%. Continuing our commitment to uphold this benchmark, we strive for improvements to further reduce the gap in the next three years.
