Valentino is looking for a Logistics Operations Manager based in Valdagno (VI)..

Main task activities:

• Manage priorities in Central warehouse in line with business needs.
• Monitor overall Logistics performances through Reporting Dashboard.
• Implement Logistics savings actions and govern projects for improvement.
• Perform regular QBRs with 3PLs.
• Define inputs for yearly budget and forecasts, monitor monthly costs and invoice verification
• Define logistics flows and solutions (requirements), manage improvement projects, respecting shared instance of technology and warehousing resources
• Guidelines on warehousing processes for Regional Logistics.
• Support needs definition and related method (i.e. Reorder point) with Retail and Regions, coordinate planning operations and shipments
• Support and coordination of all logistics activities to for events, special projects, Press & Celebrities and time critical shipments.
• Support and coordination of all logistics activities in the 2 sites for Showroom, Haute Couture and Press offices.

Job Requirements:

• Fluent in Italian and English.
• 10+ years’ experience in Logistics & Supply Chain in similar roles.
• Information Technology (Microsoft Office).
• Understanding luxury supply chain.
• Education: Engineering Degree is a plus.
