We are looking for a JUNIOR INDUSTRIAL CONTROLLING based in SCANDICCI (FI). 

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure all activities related to industrial cost control, including monitoring material purchases and analysing direct labour costs and production efficiency.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and monthly reporting, with a strong focus on profitability and variance analysis.
• Oversee inventory accounting and prepare reports on warehouse accounting movements and industrial accounting (raw materials, semi-finished goods and accessories).
• Supervise inventory counts of raw materials and finished products.
• Analyse and monitor production performance indicators.
• Develop KPIs to support business analysis.

Requirements:

• 1/2 years of experience in a similar role 
• Degree in Economics or Management Engineering.
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools, particularly Excel.
• Good command of the English language.
• Knowledge of industrial accounting principles and variance analysis.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, a proactive attitude and a strong team-oriented mindset.
