Valentino is looking for an intern who will be included in the LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT team based in ROME.

The resource will support the team in the following activities:

• Assist in the design and development of learning materials (e.g., presentations, e-learning modules, toolkits, feedback forms)
  Support the coordination, tracking and logistics of in-person and virtual training sessions
• Help organize training sessions and update the training catalogue
• Help maintain and update the Learning Management System (LMS) and track training participation.
• Manage coordination with internal and external stakeholders across targeted projects
• Support the tracking of suppliers, including entering supplier information into internal systems and monitoring payment progress
• Analyze learning metrics and assist in preparing reports and dashboards.
• Support internal communication campaigns related to learning initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Education, Business, or a related field
• Strong interest in L&D, people development, and luxury or fashion industries
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Power Point and Excel is required; familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus
• Fluent in English (B2/C1); additional languages are a plus
• Detail-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organizational and project management skills
