Valentino is looking for an Intern who will be included in the Haute Couture Embroideries Department, based in Rome, and will support the team in the following activities:

• Collaborate with the embroidery team for the Haute Couture collection
• Support in the preparation of embroidered garments, ensuring the highest attention to detail
• Assist in managing relationships with embroidery suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and the highest quality of materials and services
• Track orders and deliveries, ensuring all materials arrive according to production schedules and meet the brand’s quality standards
• Assist in organizing and maintaining the inventory of embroidery materials and ensuring accurate stock levels

Requirements:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective supplier support
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive attitude and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Passion for the fashion industry, particularly Haute Couture and embroidery techniques
• Previous experience in a similar role or environment is a plus
