Valentino is looking for an Intern who will be included in the  Learning, IE and Engagement  Department, based in Rome

As the Engagement & I&E Intern, you will have the opportunity to support the design, coordination, and execution of initiatives that strengthen colleague engagement and foster a culture of inclusion and equity at Valentino. Working closely with the Engagement & I&E Specialist, this internship will allow you to gain hands-on experience in project coordination, stakeholder management, and organizational culture, while contributing to impactful initiatives.

 

Main tasks and responsibilities: 

  • Engagement Survey & Analysis: Support the preparation of the upcoming CEES 2026 engagement survey, including data consolidation, analysis of results, and the creation of presentations.
  • Project Tracking & Coordination: Assist in monitoring and updating internally developed engagement activities, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
  • I&E Ambassadors Program: Contribute to nurturing and supporting the I&E Ambassadors community, facilitating coordination and communication.
  • Audit Support: Support audit exercises and documentation related to the gender equality certification.
  • Meetings & Events Support: Contribute to the organization of meetings with HR Directors and stakeholders, including logistics, coordination, and preparation of meeting materials.
  • Information Management: Prepare meeting notes, consolidate feedback, and maintain documentation to ensure alignment across teams.

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and reliability in day-to-day execution.
  • Curiosity and motivation to learn about organizational culture, engagement, and Inclusion & Equity.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with different stakeholders.
  • Proactivity and autonomy: comfortable taking initiative and managing tasks independently.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Language skills: Intermediate to advanced Italian & English required.
