Valentino is looking for an Intern who will be included in the Learning, IE and Engagement Department, based in Rome, and will support the team in the following activities:

Engagement

• Support the team in the Colleague Experience Engagement Survey flow: survey implementation, launch and communication campaign, results analysis and collection of action plans.
• Assist in the deployment of Engagement initiatives.

Colleague Development

• Collaborate and support the team in the implementation of the learning strategy, with a particular focus on I&E courses, managing the Valentino Learning platform.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus.
• Proficiency in English
• Research, analytical, and communication skills.
• Organizational and project management abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.
