Main tasks and responsibilities:
- House management in Valentino Paris Headquarters spaces (Place Vendôme) (or external locations) for the preparation of Haute Couture and Ready-to-Wear Fashion Shows: space set up to support the different activities (eg: seamstress, catering, catwalk, make up, resee, press interviews), in collaboration with Events department and other department involved time-to-time. The management of fashion show is excluded being managed by Event department trough dedicated suppliers.
- Coordination of external supplier involved in fashion show preparation and space set-up: security suppliers (according to Security Department guidelines), reception services, catering services, electricians, cleaners, porters etc.
- Support to Logistic Department for the inbound and outbound of dresses and related accessories in the different locations connected to fashion shows: headquarter, fashion show locations, external locations etc.
- House management of Place Vendôme in case of minor events (capsule presentation, photo shoots, inauguration).
- Management of ordinary maintenance of Valentino HQ in Paris (Place Vendome and St. Florentin), granting an optimal service level to final users and business continuity.
- Management of specific projects and extraordinary maintenance: selection and coordination of designers/engineers, evaluation of cists/investments, management of tenders to select appropriate suppliers, management of construction site.
- Management of facility services, including but limited to: reception, postal services, cleaning, archiving, meeting room set-up, internal moves, stationery etc.
- Management of facility management suppliers: selection, performance evaluation, administration (contracts, orders, invoices), compliance etc. Management of relationships and communication with property managers and landlords in collaboration with Real Estate and Legal departments. Management oh workplace health & safety, in collaboration with Health & Safety Department
- Definition and optimizations of facility management budget for operating costs and investments
- Supporto Safety and Security management of Valentino HQ in Paris, in collaboration with HSE and Security departments
Profile and main skills required
- +10 years in similar roles and fashion industry or in hôtellerie /events sectors
- Degree
- French, English and Italian level C1 spoken and written
- Good knowledge of facility management processes
- Good communications kills and ability to interact with different levels of stakeholders and senior management
- Enjoy working as a team member as well as independently
- Good problem solving skills
- Good knowledge of Office tools
