Overview
As part of our store team, the Stock Manager ensures a seamless client experience by providing operational support, maintaining an organized and efficient stock room, and inventory control.
The ideal candidate is committed to supporting client service, demonstrating a strong understanding of, if not passion luxury, fashion, and lifestyle markets.
Key Responsibilities
Product Handling
- Guarantee all stockroom guidelines are followed
- Liaise with the Store Manager to optimize stockroom management
- Assist Store Manager and Team Manager in after sales activities and repairs.
- Maintain order in the warehouse and lay out the products according to stockroom procedures criteria.
- Register the goods into the IT system
- Ensure that all transport documents are completed
- Prepare the goods to be sent to clients, other stores or Company locations
- Manage end of season returns and product transfers
- Liaise with couriers to ensure the correct timing of deliveries
- Manage Staff Uniforms
- Monitor the stock levels and support the activities of the sales staff
Inventory Management
- Perform regular cycle counts and communicate findings to the Operations Manager.
- Ensure safety of valuable products, materials and furnishings
- Investigate negative on hands with Store Management Team and Retail Operations Team
- Prepare and lead the cycle, half and yearly store inventory
- Maintain loss prevention standards through awareness and adherence to store policies
- Respond to Corporate regarding discrepancies, missing documentation, etc.
Other
- Ensure the omnichannel process is thoroughly followed according to the agreed service level and suggest improvements where needed
- Participate in store maintenance
- Participate in windows set-up
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Retail, preferably luxury;
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and frequently bend/lift
- Tech savvy; ability to learn systems quickly. Previous experience with Prism and SAP is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Organizational and time management skills;
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task;
- Strong understanding of customer service needs and customer priorities.

Budgeted Salary - $60-64K (based on experience)
