Position: WOMAN BUYER – Fixed Term (Maternity Cover)

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Support for the product management within the Europe channel:

• Sales campaign orders: creating the order of the stores, according to the themes of the collection and the local market needs. Orders Reviews with WW Merch teams.
• Replenishment of the stores: managing the stock movements from warehouse and within stores
• Targeted in-season activities:  support in ensuring the consistency between the brand image and the collection and react to the market trends.
• Consistently analyze in season sales performance (sell-in and sell-out) and stock control to maximize product opportunities in the assigned category.
• Cooperation with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure that windows and in store image match corporate guideline and market needs.
• Support in deliver trainings about new collections to the retail population transferring them buying strategy and assortments.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within a comparable company environment.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Suite, with strong mastery of Excel and its advanced functions.
• Ability to work effectively in a team, demonstrating strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Product sensitivity and attention to detail, with the ability to understand and support product‑related needs.
• Fluent English is required; Italian proficiency is considered a strong plus.
• Capacity to quickly acquire autonomy and manage tasks independently
