Valentino is looking for an Intern who will be included in the Woman RTW Merchandising Department, based in Milan, and will support the team contributing to both Retail and Collection activities as follows:

Key Responsibilities:

• Business monitoring by markets to optimize sales results and product flow among areas.
• Support the team in the definition of the sales campaign guidelines, defining the strategy to build up the collection according to local market needs.
• Assist markets to ensure consistency with buying guidelines during the buying campaign and before final submission.
• Help markets to satisfy customer needs through regional transfer with the aim of supporting loyal clients sales.
• Develop training manuals with detailed product information on WRTW Collection for regional buyers.
• Support to all sales/post-sales campaign activities: Control of product styles codes, look book, photos and samples management.
• Support Merchandising team in setting collection documents and office management activities.
• Support the team in the drafting of ppt presentations relating to action plans.

Requirements:

• Academic background in Economics and/or Fashion.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and the Office suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Italian and English.
• Passion for the luxury fashion industry and awareness of current fashion trends.
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Well-organized and detailed oriented
• Good relationship skills, able to work as part of a team.
