We are looking for a WINDOWS DESIGN SPECIALIST based in MILAN.
The resource will support the team in the research, design, and development of men's and women's window displays, with the goal of conveying the brand's values, DNA, and identity.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design and development of Window Display setups for the retail and Wholesale channels.
- Development of creative concepts tailored to different store types within assigned regions.
- Research and analysis of materials and production techniques.
- Supplier management, including project briefings and tender processes to select the best supplier for each project.
- Supervision of production, prototyping, and installation activities.
- Coordination of technical development and material verification across different regions.
Requirements:
- Degree in Design or Architecture.
- Background in set design (window displays, events, or setups in the fashion, art, or design industry), ideally with at least 2 years of experience.
- Strong proficiency in key design software: AutoCAD, Rhinoceros, V-Ray, Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent aesthetic sensibility and visual representation skills, including 3D modeling, rendering, and photo editing.
- Ability to develop projects in line with company guidelines and creative briefs.
- Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Curiosity, aesthetic sensibility, and attention to detail.
- Interest and knowledge in architecture, design, and the arts.
- Flexibility and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Team-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel for short business trips.
