Valentino is looking for an Intern who will be included in the Europe Wholesale Department, based in Milan, and will support the European Commercial Office across the selling campaigns of the Brand, contributing to the execution of commercial strategies in line with company guidelines and business objective. The Intern will support the team in the following activities:

• Support the achievement of sales targets and profit;
• Develop trade policies in order to increase the business opportunities;
• Assist to the sales campaign;
• Arrange customer schedule for the Sales campaign in link with showroom;
• Deal with Customer complain;
• Manage the relationship with key accounts (Dept. Stores and Key Clients) and the support / promotional activities in the stores following the area manager guidelines;
• Analyze market trends, evaluate competitive products and make appropriate suggestions
• Clients support during buying session, order checks and data entry;
• Product Training;
• Provide feedback and advice to customer service, operations, accounting in the spirit of continuous improvement toward customer satisfaction and achieving the company invoice goals;
• Weekly sales analysis, definition of sales targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree;
• Fluency in Italian and English (additional languages are a plus);
• Analytical skills;
• Proficiency in Excel (including Pivot Tables) and Power Point;
• Passion for fashion;
• Proactive, flexible and collaborative mindset;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
