Valentino is looking for an Intern who will be included in the Europe Wholesale Department, based in Milan, and will support the team in the following activities:

• Ensure the achievement of sales targets and profit 
• Develop trade policies in order to increase the business opportunities
• Plan and manage the budget and sales forecast
• Assist to the sales campaign
• Arrange customer schedule for the Sales campaign in link with showroom
• Deal with Customer complain
• Manage relationship with sales agents and potential commercial distributors / partners
• Manage the relationship with key accounts (Dept. Stores and Key Clients) and the support / promotional activities in the stores
• Analyze market trends, evaluate competitive products and make appropriate suggestions
• Search new channels for the products distribution.
• Clients support during buying session, order checks and data entry;
• Training on the product
• Provide feedback and advice to customer service, operations, accounting in the spirit of continuous improvement toward customer satisfaction and achieving the company invoice goals
• Weekly sales analysis, definition of sales targets, support during buying session

Requirements:

• Analytical skills, proficiency in Excel (Pivot) and Power Point
• Fashion Lover
• Team working
• Fluency in Italian, English and French
