We are seeking a VISUAL MERCHANDISER based in MILAN.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Adapt visual merchandising guidelines to suit each market within your area of responsibility
• Communicate effectively and clearly with your supervisor and retail contacts
• Convey the importance of visual merchandising to boutiques and share updates with Store Managers and Team Managers
• Maintain consistency with the company’s image through regular communication via chat
• Provide support to the Head Office VM team, showroom, and wholesale and outlet teams
 

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 3-5 years of experience in similar roles within the Fashion/Luxury industry
• Good knowledge of the English language, both spoken and written
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Strong aesthetic sense and familiarity with the luxury world
• Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at various levels and functions
• Excellent organizational skills, precision, autonomy, proactivity, flexibility, and creativity
• Speed and accuracy in execution
• Availability for frequent business trips.
