Reporting to the Transformation Director, the Transformation Monitoring & Reporting Analyst is responsible for ensuring the consistency, accuracy, and standardization of transformation reporting across the entire portfolio of initiatives. The role acts as a central point of coordination for performance monitoring, governance reporting, and management information, enabling effective decision-making by Transformation team, Executive Leadership and Internal Shareholders through structured, timely, and harmonized reporting processes. The position supports the adoption of reporting standards, KPIs, methodologies, and governance practices across all transformation workstreams.
Revised Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitor the progress of transformation initiatives across all workstreams.
- Consolidate and maintain reporting on initiative status, milestones, risks, dependencies, and benefits realization.
- Own and continuously improve reporting standards, templates, and governance processes across the transformation portfolio.
- Ensure consistency, quality, and accuracy of information collected from project owners and functional PMOs.
- Coordinate the reporting cycle, collecting, validating, and consolidating updates from all transformation streams.
- Develop and maintain standardized dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, and executive reporting packs for senior management and shareholders.
- Aggregate and review information across the transformation portfolio.
- Perform data quality checks and reconcile information across multiple reporting sources to ensure a single source of truth.
- Produce regular performance analyses, highlighting variances, risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities requiring management attention.
- Support the preparation and delivery of executive-level reporting and presentations, ensuring clarity, consistency, and actionable insights.
- Maintain governance calendars and reporting timetables, ensuring timely submission of updates from stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at simplifying and automating reporting processes and management dashboards.
- Contribute to the preparation of materials for transformation governance meetings and steering committees.
- Support ad hoc analyses and reporting requests from Executive Leadership, Transformation Director, and Internal Shareholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education
- Master's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related disciplines.
Technical Skills
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and transform them into meaningful management insights.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, advanced formulas).
- Strong knowledge of PowerPoint and executive reporting preparation.
- Strong attention to data quality, consistency, and governance principles.
Professional Skills
- Ability to design, implement, and maintain standardized reporting processes across multiple functions and geographies.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple reporting cycles and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities.
- Ability to identify risks, performance gaps, and trends through data analysis.
- High level of accuracy and attention to details.
- Ability to work independently while coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to translate complex information into concise and actionable executive summaries.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to prepare materials for Steering Committees, Executive Committees, and Shareholder reviews.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to challenge stakeholders constructively and ensure reporting alignment across functions.
Preferred Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in PMO, Business Analysis, Management Consulting, Transformation Office, Finance Controlling, or Reporting roles.
- Previous experience supporting transformation programs, strategic initiatives, or corporate performance management activities is considered a plus.
- Exposure to multinational or matrix organizations is considered a plus.
