We are looking for a TALENT & PERFORMANCE JUNIOR SPECIALIST based in MILAN. 

Main Responsibilities:

• Support in the deployment and daily management of Performance Management and Talent Management processes at the global level.
• Draft and update supporting materials and documentation for all processes and their phases.
• Execute communication plans and calendars to ensure timely and effective dissemination of information.
• Conduct timely analysis and reporting within the scope of Performance and Talent Management, collaborating with HR Capabilities & Systems for data management.
• Provide support to all stakeholders involved in the processes in managing the systems and tools used, primarily SuccessFactors & Qualtrics.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Management, Human Resources or similar fields;
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken;
• Intermediate proficiency in Office365 package (especially Excel and Power Point);
• Proactivity, flexibility and attention to detail;
• Good communication skills and team player attitude.
