We are looking for a SENIOR TRAINER EUROPE based in MILAN.


Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Deploy Regional Learning Strategy: Implement the Global Retail Learning strategy in Europe, ensuring full alignment with business goals and regional needs.
  • Deliver Training Programs: Facilitate training programs across all levels and functions, with a strong focus on retail, client experience, and selling skills.
  • Needs Assessment & Alignment: Partner with regional leadership and Global Retail Learning to assess training needs and define priorities that drive performance.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage the planning and execution of training initiatives, ensuring flawless delivery in scheduling, logistics, and facilitation.
  • Evaluate & Enhance: Measure the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance indicators, recommending improvements for continuous impact.
  • External Partnerships: Build and manage relationships with external vendors and partners, ensuring innovation, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor practices, and emerging learning technologies, sharing insights with Global Retail Learning and regional stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with HR and other business functions to integrate training into talent management, succession planning, and organizational development strategies.
  • Representation & Engagement: Represent the European region in global forums, ensuring active contribution of best practices and feedback to the Global Retail Learning community.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in training and learning deployment within a retail or luxury environment.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Fluent in English; Knowledge of French will be considered a plus.
  • Willingness to travel across Europe as needed.
