We are looking for a Legal Counsel based in MILAN. (Hybrid position)

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide legal support to the industrial area, ensuring supplier contracts align with company policies and applicable laws and regulations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts in Italian and English, including service and supply agreements, procurement, logistics, transportation, commercial leases, consultancy, IT contracts, and more.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders across Operations, Logistics, Procurement, Facility, Sustainability, and Product Compliance to analyze, assess, and finalize both ordinary and extraordinary business projects.
• Monitor national and international regulatory developments, sharing relevant updates with the Legal team to ensure compliance with policies and contractual frameworks.
• Provide legal opinions on specific topics and business initiatives, assessing potential legal risks and opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Law degree. Admission to the Italian Bar is a plus.
• 4-5 years of experience in a legal role within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Fluency in English and Italian (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint.
• Ability to conduct legal research using legal databases.
• Strong autonomy in managing tasks and projects.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain legal concepts to colleagues from different business functions.
• High level of confidentiality, accuracy, and reliability.
