The Head of Brand Experience is responsible for developing and driving the Maison’s global Brand Experience initiatives through the creation of meaningful, culturally relevant, and emotionally engaging experiences that strengthen the connection between the Maison and its global communities.
The role plays an important part in continuously developing new experiential concepts, activation ideas, and engagement formats that bring the Maison’s seasonal narratives, product launches, and brand direction to life across global markets. Working within the Maison’s overall brand and communications strategy under the leadership of the CMO organization, the role helps ensure a continuous pipeline of elevated and impactful Brand Experience initiatives worldwide.
Reporting to the Director of Global Events and working closely with regional teams, Brand Image, and other key stakeholders, the role supports the ongoing development and rollout of seasonal experiential frameworks, creative guidelines, and activation concepts aligned with the Maison’s priorities and identity.
The position requires a highly creative and strategically minded profile with a strong understanding of luxury, hospitality, culture, entertainment, and community-building, paired with excellent organizational, collaborative, and project management capabilities.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and support the execution of the Maison’s global Brand Experience initiatives across all markets and key Maison moments.
- Develop creative and strategically relevant experiential concepts that support the Maison’s seasonal narratives, product launches, client engagement initiatives, and cultural moments.
- Create elevated and engaging experience formats designed to strengthen emotional connection, client engagement, desirability, and sense of belonging within the Maison’s universe.
- Build seasonal experiential guidelines and activation frameworks for regional markets, ensuring consistency while allowing flexibility for local adaptation and cultural relevance.
- Partner closely with regional marketing teams to provide creative guidance, ideas, and bespoke experiential solutions relevant to each market and audience.
- Ensure all regional and local activations follow Maison standards, brand guidelines, approval processes, and strategic priorities established by the CMO organization.
- Coordinate with the Creative Director’s office and Brand Image teams where relevant to ensure alignment with seasonal narratives, Maison image direction, and storytelling.
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, PR, Retail, VM, Clienteling, CRM, Brand Image, Partnerships, Digital and Graphics teams to ensure cohesive and impactful execution across all initiatives.
- Develop and oversee experiential concepts for key Maison moments including fashion shows, product launches, client activations, cultural initiatives, private experiences, dinners, seasonal festivities, community-driven events, and regional activations.
- Research and propose new collaborators, agencies, venues, creatives, hospitality partners, production suppliers, cultural partners, and experiential formats to continuously evolve and elevate the Maison’s Brand Experience offering.
- Contribute to the continuous evolution of the Maison’s Brand Experience approach by identifying new opportunities to increase visibility, desirability, client engagement, and cultural relevance.
- Ensure regions are consistently supported with fresh concepts, ideas, and activation opportunities to maintain continuous experiential output and engagement throughout the year.
- Collaborate closely with the Event Planning team to align initiatives with business timelines, operational planning, and department budget parameters.
- Support the integration and alignment of partnership initiatives within the wider Brand Experience strategy and activation calendar.
- Participate in wider MarComm and regional alignment meetings to ensure experiential initiatives support broader communication priorities and business objectives.
- Foster strong coordination and synergies across departments to ensure seamless execution and consistency across all experiential touchpoints globally.
- Lead, mentor, and support the Brand Experience team, ensuring all projects are delivered with creativity, precision, collaboration, and operational excellence.
- Track and evaluate the effectiveness and impact of Brand Experience initiatives through qualitative and quantitative feedback to support continuous improvement and evolution of the function.
- Collaborate closely with L’Oréal and Kering Eyewear teams to ensure alignment and consistency across beauty experiences, launches, and image-related initiatives.
Profile & Requirements
- Naturally curious and ideas driven profile with a strong instinct for what can create relevance, emotion and memorability around a luxury brand.
- Significant relevant experience of at least 7 years within luxury, fashion, hospitality, lifestyle, culture or other premium environments, with exposure to experiental marketing, brand experience or activations.
- Proven ability to develop original experiental concepts and ideas, trasnlating brand strategy, creative direction and seasonal narratives into compelling experiences.
- Strong understanding of the luxury landscape and evolving client expectations, with a particular sensitivity to hospitality, culture and contemporary brand engagement.
- Cultural curiosity and awareness with an instinct for identifying new ideas, collaborators, locations and formats that can enrich the Maison’s universe.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, timelines and budgets simultaneously.
- Collaborative working style, with the ability to operate effectively across corporate and regional teams, as well as with external agencies and partners.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent English, additional languages are an advantage.

- Indicative starting compensation: €70,000
- Annual bonus opportunity in accordance with the Company's internal agreement
