We are looking for a HR SYSTEMS SPECIALIST based in MILAN.

The candidate will join the HR Capabilities & Systems Team and will be responsible for fostering digital adoption within Valentino’s HR community by leveraging our global HR information system suite.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee HR processes through our Global HRIS modules, from hiring to retirement, budgeting & planning, Talent & Development, and Recruiting processes.
• Maintain data and reporting, provide support for global implementation projects on new modules.
• Serve as the primary contact for HR key users worldwide to handle complex requests or tickets.
• Support training for all key users to equip the HR community with the necessary digital skills.
• Support internal team and Process owners in transforming business needs into user processes.
• Collaborate with external consultants to support regular business operations and application maintenance.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or Economics with proven experience in HR Transformation or HR Data Management
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Fluent English is required
• Proficiency in Excel and Office365 package.
• Familiarity with any HR Management systems and Business Management software.
• Proactive, flexible, and possess strong communication skills to support the global HR community.
