We are looking for a GLOBAL RETAIL PERFORMANCE SPECIALIST based in MILAN. 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Local Team Collaboration: Work closely with regional and local retail teams to support the implementation and follow-up of key retail initiatives and action plans.

- Content & Materials Support: Assist in the creation and adaptation of performance-related content and operational materials for use across different regions.

- Activity Planning: Support the scheduling and coordination of performance activities across regions, ensuring timely execution and alignment with the global calenda

- Best Practice Roll-Out: Collaborate with local teams to support the implementation of retail best practices, ensuring consistency and knowledge sharing across the network.

REQUIREMENTS:

- 3–4 years of experience in similar roles or in retail planning

- Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in Excel

- Fluent in English and Italian

- Problem-solving attitude and ability to manage multiple priorities

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills in international environments

- Proactive, organized, and able to work independently
