Wholesale Area Manager - Fixed Term. (Maternity Cover)
Directly reporting to the Head of Wholesale Europe, he/she will ensure the commercial development of the Brand operating within the guidelines, plans and the approved strategy, policy and business procedures.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure the achievement of sales targets and profit, with a specific focus on specific countries
- Develop trade policies in order to increase business opportunities
- Plan and manage the budget and sales forecast
- Assist to the sales campaign (presenting the collection, order review / order entry)
- Arrange customer schedule for the Sales campaign in link with showroom
- Deal with Customer complaints
- Manage relationship with potential commercial distributors / partners
- Manage the relationship with key accounts (Dept. Stores and Key Clients) and the support / promotional activities in the stores
- Manage relationships with different departments inside the company (Customer Service, Finance, After Sales, Legal, Partner Marketing, Store Planning)
- Analyze market trends, evaluate competitive products and make appropriate suggestions
- Provide clients support during buying session, order checks and data entry
- Provide feedback and advice to customer service, operations, accounting in the spirit of continuous improvement toward customer satisfaction and achieving the company invoice goals
- Weekly sales analysis, definition of sales targets, support during the buying session
- KPIs monitoring and support partners with swaps/reorders during the season
Qualifications and requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and Power Point
- Good knowledge and sensitivity for fashion and luxury products
- Team worker, proactive and flexible
- Good negotiation skills and leadership
- Fluency in English and French
