Valentino is looking for a CRM Intern, based in Milan. The resource will be included in the Europe Client Development Department, and will support the team in the following activities:

• Maintenance of CRM data in line with Privacy regulations;
• Management of data collection and data quality;
• Database management in coordination with boutiques and outlet stores.
• Support to CRM tools users;
• Preparation of training materials and presentations; Monitoring of performances, tools usage and guidelines application;
• Management and results monitoring of CRM programs and campaigns, sharing results and follow up actions.

Requirements:

• Master degree in Economics, Management or Marketing, Statistics or Engineering
• Proficiency in Italian and/or English
• Advanced usage of Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent analytical skills
• Excellent collaboration and organizational skills
• Retail experience is  considered a plus
