Valentino is looking for an Intern who will be included in the Editorial PR department, based in Milan, and will support the team in the following activities:

• Learning to manage the samples requests and editorial priorities according to the Global Editorial strategy.
• Starting to build a relationship with the Global Press as part of the Editorial PR team.
• Supporting the global sample traffic necessities.
• Working closely to fashion editors and assistants on: product send out and look.
• confirmations, proforma invoices, tracking number confirmation and direct link with.
• Logistic dpt for couriers pick up.
• Working cross teams (celeb, influencers, marketing, and trade) on the sample’s availability.
• Supporting the Editorial team on all the internal requests and projects of the Maison.
• Supporting all the Editorials back-office activities: sample traffic recap, mailing lists,
• Upcoming credits recap, sample requests archive, global editorial coverage report
• Responsible for the press showroom order and sample’s conditions.
• Strong support on creating the historical archive of the Maison.
• Working with Fashion Press Office team on: corporate coverage, magazines archive.

Requirements:

• Open to develop and nourish relational skills with internal and external interlocutors.
• Knowledge and interest on Fashion System, magazines, editors and key fashion people
• Knowledge of Launchmetrics is a plus.
