Valentino is looking for an Intern who will be included in the E-Commerce Department, based in Milan, and will support the team in the following activities:
- Actively contribute to e-store management activities, including digital catalogue creation, publication monitoring, product data accuracy, pricing validation, stock analysis, and providing feedback on third-party asset and enrichment requests;
- Set up promotions and special activations (e.g., seasonal sales, pre-orders, gift card campaigns) in line with management guidelines;
- Support and monitoring the launch of new products and seasonal collections, ensuring adherence to the commercial and marketing calendar.
- Assist in project management initiatives, contributing to the definition of operational flows and the implementation of processes aimed at improving efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain daily interactions with internal and external partners, ensuring effective problem-solving, issue resolution, and regular reporting. Serve as an escalation point for catalogue, collection publication, and order/return fulfilment issues related to Digital Marketplaces
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to monitor the full order lifecycle, from acquisition to shipment and invoicing, ensuring compliance with agreed SLAs and on-time delivery.
- Partner with the Technology team to identify, report, and help resolve operational issues linked to e-tailer systems and tools.
- Collect, analyze, and report data and KPIs, supporting SLA monitoring and operational performance assessments.
- Collaborate proactively with cross-functional departments, including Buying, Merchandising, Logistics, Finance, IT, Product Compliance, After Sales, Marketing & Communication, among others.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in business, Management, Ecommerce, Fashion Management and similar field
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel, Power Point)
- Experience using databases on a large-scale is a plus
- Attention to details, ability to prioritize different tasks and strong organizational skills.
- Motivation, proactivity, flexibility skills and an analytic mindset are a must.
- Fluency in English both written and spoken is required.
- Knowledge and experience on SAP/Qlik/Storm/Mirakl platform will be a plus
- Previous experience with Farfetch or other e-players will be considered a plus
- Passion and knowledge of the fashion and e-commerce luxury market.
- Good team player and communication skills.
