Valentino is looking for an Intern to join the Digital Factory Team inside the Seamless Client Experience digital unit, based in Milan.  

The Digital Project Intern will be working on both internal and external processes, related to the areas of customer experience, retail and clienteling, and will support the team in the following activities:

• Implementation of digital solutions referring to "Seamless Client Engagement" business needs, such as: omnichannel tools, mobile applications, seamless client view inside applications, web pages, digital tool management, etc.
• Support the life cycle management of a digital solution:
  • collect the requirements
  • understand and analyze the context
  • find possible solutions
  • define the project brief
  • activate the development
  • implement and deliver the solution
  • support the go live and the adoption.

The position will interact with the Digital Factory team and with all the company departments involved in the making of digital projects.

Requirements:

• Degrees in Business, Engineering, Technology, or similar;
• Fluent in English and Italian;
• Knowledge of project management methodologies;
• Knowledge, curiosity and passion about technology and digital environments;
• Ability to interact with different professional profiles, from business to technical team;
• Excellent analytical and synthesis skills to sum up an overall vision;
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus;
• Sensitivity for users and customers needs;
• Strong organizational and problem solving skills;
• Excellent teamwork skills to foster transversal relationships;
• Strong focus on results overcoming obstacles;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
• Work Ethic and Integrity.
