Valentino is looking for a DIGITAL OPTIMIZATION AND CONVERSION SPECIALIST based in MILAN.

 

The resourche, as part of Ecommerce & Omnichannel Department, will be in charge of improving customer experience and sales conversion on digital channels.

The resourche will be reporting to the Digital Conversion and Optimization Coordinator and be dedicated to ensuring the best digital sales customer journey on digital touchpoints (website, boutique app, B2C app, special projects, etc.).

Responsibilities:

  • Build and drive the CRO / A/B test roadmap implementation and execution to improve digital sales performance and share results with all relevant stakeholders. Brainstorm and surface potential areas for testing and experimentation
  • Provide analyses, both qualitative and quantitative, to improve conversion on main digital KPI and goals (i.e. check-out, newsletter sign-up, digital customer profile completion)
  • Work in partnership with E-commerce and Digital Marketing department to identify conversion pitfalls and areas of improvement
  • Liaise with Performance Marketing team to help optimize incoming traffic sources and maximize media investments
  • Provide comprehensive analyses and insights during key commercial moments (Christmas, Mother’s Day, Markdown), including recommending opportunities for improvement

 

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in the role and/or in E-commerce, both agency or client side
  • Previous experience dealing with different external vendors
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering or similar
  • Strong knowledge of digital analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics)
  • Strong knowledge of CX Tools (Content Square, Decibel Insight etc...)
  • Knowledge of the Adobe Suite (Analytics, Target, Campaign)
  • Knowledge of UX design principles
  • Knowledge of fashion/luxury industry and brand/product sensitivity is a strong plus
  • Business fluent in English
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills. Methodical attention to detail and “think-outside-the-box” mentality
  • Strong ability to think independently yet operate effectively with and within teams
