Valentino is looking for an Intern who will be included in the CRM Departement, based in Milan, and will support the team in the following activities: 

•    Interact with CRM Regional Coordinator and local ones creating CRM strategical campaigns’ target based on local needs;
•   Execute analysis and reports to support CRM Regional Coordinator and regional stakeholders with insights on local performances, market and clients’ trends;
•    Support in cascading corporate guidelines from HQ to local;
•    Monitor usage of CRM activities and tools/ materials within global regions;
•    Oversee and improve database quality to optimize retention rate; 
•    Work with other Departments to find synergy on KPIs usage and spreading on the systems (Merchandising, Retail, IT, …);
•    Build strong relationships with Business, stakeholders, IT colleagues and suppliers.

Requirements: 

•    Excellent computer skills (advanced knowledge of Microsoft office suite);
•    Fluency in English;
•    A previous CRM experience in luxury goods/retail is a plus;
•   Advanced analytical skills, highly organized with great attention to details and strong communication skills that shows curiosity and proactivity in data interpretation;
•    International experience is a plus.
