Valentino is looking for a CLIENT LIFECYCLE SPECIALIST based in MILAN.
If you are passionate about gaining insight from data and you have experience in campaign management, we offer an exciting position as part of the dynamic E-Commerce and Omnichannel Unit.
Within the CRM team, you will actively contribute to the success and growth of the CRM campaigns. Your critical thinking and analytical mindset will be essential to own the campaign management end-to-end, from target identification to execution and analysis.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
· Targeting: Identify customers segments to support events, collection drops and all marketing initiatives
· Executing: Partner with multiple stakeholders for end-to-end campaign management
· Analyzing: Calculate the redemption for each campaign and deep dive into clients’ analysis for continuous improvement
· Propose creative solutions to provide relevant and personalized offers leveraging analytics and big data solutions
· Manage the analytical development and activation of advanced analytics for superior clients’ segmentation
· Liaise with regional teams to gain insight, to discuss performance and to secure campaign execution
· Develop analysis and reports to provide the CRM Department and other stakeholders with insights on Clients and on Valentino’s products
· Develop insights to facilitate seamless and personalized omnichannel customer journeys
· Work with IT teams to manage CRM customer database, including integration of new data elements and solutions to support new project and initiatives
· Update, maintenance and improvement of customer database quality
· Prepare business documents and presentations for the top management
· GDPR and PRIVACY: support all the initiatives to ensure GDPR compliance
Requirements:
· University Degree in Economics, Marketing, Engineer or equivalent experience
· Direct experience in CRM or Marketing
· Fluent in English
· Proficient in developing and interpreting data analysis
· Understanding of campaign tools
· Good communication, presentation and influencing skills, good logic and thinking capabilities
· Knowledge of BW, BO, QLIK and Adobe Campaign is highly appreciated
