Valentino is looking for an Intern who will be included in the Carryover Replenishment Department, based in Milan, and will support the team in the following activities:
- Actively use Replenishment tool on a weekly/daily basis to allocate product based on market needs and sales potential;
- Project and set appropriate TSL (target stock level) at store/SKU level;
- Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, develop forecast data based on trends and demand patterns, and evaluate forecast results;
- Monitor of inventory levels, identifying stock of still valid ex-carryover useful for rebalancing;
- Control of the last mile (allocation from regional warehouse to store) done across regions to timely identify issue;
- Periodic performance analysis.
Requirements:
- Graduate and/or Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management Engineering, with a strong academic performance;
- Excellent time management, organizational and problem solving skills;
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information in a responsible way;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Fluent in English;
- Team oriented with a pro-active and determined attitude;
- Open-minded, curious, methodical and endowed with a sound analytical approach;
- Strong IT skills: MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint); SAP will be a plus.
