Objective of role:
- Responsible for Garavani Donna and Uomo assortment to align with overall brand growth strategies and regional needs
Key accountabilities:
- Sales Campaign – Preparation of reports prior to sales campaign, to justify order according to historical data & potential trends
- Analysis - Collate and analyse weekly sales report and seasonal sell-through report by countries, stores, categories, families, styles and colors
- Sales Strategies – Understand why slow moving styles did not receive positive feedback, brainstorm on ideas to counter negativity and to motivate the retail team to drive sell-through
- Stocks Management – Through regular analysis of sales report, react with replenishments, rebalancing and cancellations
- Stock Allocation - To ensure prompt delivery of newness in the market and to complete offer in stores, regular stock allocation of twice a week for Singapore & once a week for Australia
- Customer Request – Fulfill customer requests twice a week, to check availability within our region and from headquarters
- Product Training – Preparation of training notes and conduct seasonal product training in-store, brainstorm with the Retail team to overcome anticipated challenges
- Product Focus - Ensure merchandise objectives for the business are clearly understood and embraced
- Retail support – Work closely with Retail Team in analysing and identifying trends through sales trends, enhance understanding of local market needs and feedback through frequent communication
- Drive sales and sell-through by store through close collaboration with the Retail and Visual Merchandising team to maximize exposure of key focus and supporting brand initiatives
- Competitors Analysis – To gather information of local market trends and present to headquarters every season to ensure that we do not have missed opportunities
- Wholesale accounts – Assess orders and submit their orders to headquarters
