Join Maison Valentino and lead one of our most iconic boutiques. As Store Manager, you will be the driving force behind an exceptional client experience and a high-performing team, turning the store into a true destination for luxury and connection.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Leadership: Define and execute store strategy, drive KPIs, ensure budget and target achievement. Act as an ambassador of the Maison and embody its values.

  • Client Experience: Guarantee an exceptional client journey, implement clienteling strategies, and foster loyalty through engagement, recruitment, and retention. Manage CRM activities, digital tools integration, and handle delicate sales or after-sales situations in line with company procedures.

  • Team Management: Build and develop a high-performing team through recruitment, coaching, and career planning. Promote a couture service mindset, ensure effective communication, and maintain a positive, motivating work environment. Oversee staff planning, performance appraisals, and compliance with labor regulations.

  • Product & Operations: Supervise stockroom and inventory processes, ensure product safety and rotation, and manage end-of-season returns. Guarantee operational compliance, store maintenance, and accurate reporting on sales and costs.

  • Visual Merchandising & Housekeeping: Ensure VM guidelines are executed effectively, maintain store image and cleanliness, and liaise with HQ for updates and improvements.
