Main Purpose & Job Scope

作为客户顾问,确保每个客户都能按照Valentino的客户之旅标准被服务。努力了解客户和发掘他们的需求,积极主动底服务每一位客户。

 

Main Responsibilities

销售

  • 根据店铺管理层制定的每周计划,调动现有和潜在客户的积极性;
  • 在每一个阶段(准备销售、欢迎、客户探索、产品展示、结束和告别)以无可挑剔的方式提供Valentino高级定制服务;
  • 努力发展和保留现有客户,招揽新客户和潜在客户;
  • 抓住每一个销售机会与客户建立联系-未预约客户、私人预约、电话委托发货;
  • 积极参与销售合作和OTO预约常规流程;

 

运营和视觉营销

  • 处理所有销售和售后活动(精品店退货、季末、客户退货、维修、投诉);
  • 遵守行政管理和操作程序;
  • 与店内视觉部门保持联系,遵循陈列指导方针;
  • 在运营负责人不在场的情况下,积极参与执行运营任务(包括发货/收货);

 

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 全日制大专或以上文化程度
  • 两年以上精品零售店工作经验
  • 有成衣、鞋履和珠宝腕表产品背景者优先考虑
  • 具备主动的销售意识和服务意识
  • 工作踏实认真、勤奋好学、有良好的团队合作精神
  • 良好的沟通能力,会日常英语优先考虑
