Website Performance:
• Monitor website performance using analytics tools, analyze user behavior, and generate reports
to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for improvement and optimization.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to e-commerce performance and stay informed
on the latest e-commerce trends
• Assist in compiling all information to launch digital campaigns with online partners and
obtaining approvals
Product Catalogue Management
• Monitoring the creation and publication of products across the different online platforms
• Assist in pushing best-sellers products based on performance and key indicators
Stock Management
• Understanding internal systems to monitor stock levels, raise purchase orders and assist in
shipping products to the different online platforms
• Liaise with the logistics team to ensure product stock is covered in the region across online
channels

Candidates must:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or digital marketing
• 2 to 3 years work experience in E-commerce or Retail

• A dynamic, proactive, flexible, fast learner and committed to teamwork
• Have a strong attention to detail
• Ability to respect deadlines

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• Data driven
• Excellent communication skills in English
