Expectations on Role and Responsibilities:
- Develop store VIC portfolio.
- Contributes to the implementation of a Valentino Couture service and clienteling and is a mentor to others in OTO/consignment/distant sales or any personalized services to VICs.
- Foster sales in partnership and OTO appointment routine.
- Recruits new VICs for the brand through networking in his/her market.
- Operates in the stores and in external locations, where he/she can meet and recruit clients*.
- Retains top clients with exceptional service and upgrade high potential ones.
- Focuses on specific clienteling targets defined in an MBO with additional yearly incentives.
- Is involved during the buying session to give feedbacks on collection and store assortment.
- Is part of a special V Ambassador Club and will participate to regular working sessions with the executive team.
Key competencies:
- Proven selling and clienteling skills and a strong client portfolio.
- Has a collaborative mindset (store/HQ)
- Able to create tailor-made experiences having a client-centric approach.
- Has an excellent Brand knowledge.
- Has consolidated track record of solid clienteling and contribution of the store turnover.
