People Leader: STORE MANAGER
Job Mission:
The Team Leader supports the store management in the execution of the business strategy, by remaining active part of the sales force and not managing directly store staff.
The Team Leaders keeps Sales & CMR targets, commissions on sales, but taking over responsibilities on some specific tasks.
No direct people management; the Team Leader will manage specific tasks (i.e. CRM
calling campaigns, prospect registration and follow-up, action plan on cross-selling.)
The Team Leader supports the store management in the execution of the business strategy, by remaining active part of the sales force and not managing directly store staff.
Main Responsibilities - on top of Client Advisor activities:
Clientelling
- Master the Client Journey
- Supports colleagues in creating Customer emotion and desire
- Engage existing and prospect clients as per weekly plan defined by Store Management
- He/she is capable of managing sensitive situations regarding sales activities or after sales (boutique returns, end of season, customer returns, repairs, complaints) when other managers are absent
- Ensures the correct roll out of calling campaigns and other CRM tasks (eg: Contactability, Prospect registration and follow up..)
- Proactively analyse the business KPIs and proposes action plans
- Engage existing and prospect clients as per weekly plan defined by Store Management
- Deliver and show the Valentino Couture Service in an impeccable way in every phase (preparation for sale, welcome, exploring the client, presentation of the product, closing and farewell).
- Supports and engage colleagues in focusing on development and retention of existing clients, recruitment of new and potential on
- Actively participates to the sales in partnership and OTO appointment routine
Team Support
- Point of reference for Client Advisors on all store policies and procedures
- Supports the organization and deployment of Induction for new hires
- Supports Store Manager/Team Manager in allocating duties and responsibilities to Sales Associates and schedule shifts
- Performs the role in line with the policies and guidelines set by the Headquarter in terms of: safety of both Personnel and products, store image and operations
- Operations (depending on cluster)
- Ensure Administration and Operation procedures are respected
- Manage cash payments and safety of goods in line with company policies
- Take active part in shipping to and receiving to/from clients
- Carries out or helps carry out cycle counts
- Deal with all sales and after sales activities (boutique returns, end of season, customer returns, repairs, complaints
Visual Merchandising
- Liaise with the In-Store Visual to follow display guidelines; verifies and reports all relevant information to store management
- Where an Ops HC is not present takes an active part to the execution of operational tasks (including shipping/receiving)
