Position: Client Advisor (6-Month Contract)

Location: Menswear pop-up corner at Globus, Zurich

Objectives:

To know, promote, and represent the brand to customers. A sales professional with deep knowledge of the luxury and fashion industry, staying updated on trends, industry developments, and competitor activities. Interpret the role consistently with company procedures and guidelines in terms of grooming, behavior, attitude, service standards, safety, and maintenance of all company assets.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Sales and Customer Service Activities:

  • Place the customer first to ensure meticulous customer satisfaction and adherence to Valentino Client Journey standards in every phase.
  • Build a strong relationship with customers through a specific customer development strategy, promoting both the product and the brand by being fully available to the customer.
  • Handle all activities related to sales and after-sales (boutique returns, customer returns, end-of-season returns, repairs, and complaints). Ensure compliance with company procedures related to sales and after-sales processes; support the Store Manager and Concession Managers in handling complex situations.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager and HQ functions to monitor post-sales processes and transfer relevant information to customers.
  • Promote brand loyalty; support the Store Manager in developing external relationships; in line with the CRM function, develop direct marketing actions towards loyal and inactive customers.
  • Seek input and feedback from customers and share them with the Store Manager if useful for the business.
  • Stay updated on sales objectives and KPI performance; act with enthusiasm and collaboration even in the face of difficulties.

Sales Floor Coverage:

  • Perform duties according to the guidelines of the Store Manager and shift planning.
  • Ensure efficient daily organization of the floor, making every shopping experience enjoyable; monitor the movement and display of products following Visual Merchandising guidelines. Immediately transfer all relevant information to the Store Manager to resolve any issues promptly.
  • Remain constantly active and engaged in activities.
