We are looking for an AFTER SALE CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST - MATERNITY LEAVE based in VALDAGNO

 

Job Mission

 

The After sale Customer Service Specialist is the entry point for the Stores to connect with our Maison in relation to clients after sales requests. The After sale Customer Service Specialist has an important role to grant the high level of service requested for a luxury brand. In doing that the After sale Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for providing the Stores with needed information in a timely manner and for engaging the relevant Valentino departments in dealing with the after sale process so to grant a satisfactory Client experience.

 

Main Duties and Responsibilities

 

  • Manage on a daily basis the requests received from the Stores for the returns of products
  • Provide timely and efficient support to the Stores via various communication channels, such as phone, email, and through internal channels.
  • Assist the Stores with product-related inquiries, technical issues and return status updates
  • Identify and troubleshoot customer issues according to Company procedures to resolve problems effectively and efficiently, also by collaborating with other teams, such as Quality Control and Operation Department
  • Manage spare parts orders in SAP
  • Approve/Reject credit notes within required timeframe
  • Issue of invoices related to payment of the after sale service and/or spare parts orders
  • Monitor and follow up claim and spare parts orders status
  • Identify possible client service improvements and propose solutions.

 

Requirements: 

 

  • 2+ years experience in After Sale Customer Service
  • In-depth knowledge of English, both written and spoken. The knowledge of other language will be a plus.
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Solution oriented and problem-solving attitude
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office suite
  • Knowledge of SAP is a plus
