Expectations on Role and Responsibilities:
• Develops store business through excellent clienteling and KPIs performance (conversion rate,
cross selling, AVT, upselling, strategic zoning).
• Offer and excellent level couture service at all times across all categories.
• Mentors other client advisors on journey and KPI improvement and is a key teamplayer
• Foster sales in partnership and OTO appointment routine.
• Naturally integrates digital tools in selling and clienteling activities.

• Has a proven selling and clienteling skills.
• Has a collaborative mindset.
• Has excellent communication and story telling skills.
• Is able to sell all categories.
• Strong product knowledge to support the team in product maintenance, replenishment,
display.
• Is a contributor to the correct operations of the store.
