We are looking for a Senior IT Sales Analyst based in Milan, with the possibility of considering a location in Valdagno (VI).

The resource will be included in the IT Sales team and will be a key figure within IT, supporting the Business for Sales and Distribution processes.
He\she will be responsible for the maintenance and new implementations regarding SD module, covering the requirements for intercompany and wholesales channels worldwide..

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure sustainability and continuity of the running processes in the system
• System effectiveness and performance (KPIs monitoring) for the assigned business processes, by taking care not only about user support, but also by proactively proposing up-to-date solutions
• Support external Application Maintenance Partners in incidents/problems resolution; investigating each time the Outsourcer needs help for troubleshooting
• Work closely with business referents to gather new requirements and design new solutions
• Manage projects efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate completion
• Draft of presentations and functional documentation
• Support the SAP developer for the solution implementation and test execution to ensure high standards of accuracy and adhere to deadlines
• Build strong relationships with Business, stakeholders, IT colleagues and suppliers

Requirements:

• Approximately 3-5 years of experience
• Fluent in English and in Italian
• Expertise in SAP AFS, Retail and  SAP S/4HANA platform
• Solid knowledge and expertise of the SAP SD module and related customizing
• Knowledge of the SAP ecosystem: S/4HANA, Fiori, BW, CRM
• Excellent project and time management skills
• Proactivity and strong analytical\problem-solving skills

This is a hybrid position, combining remote and on-site work.
