We are looking for a BENCHMARK & INSIGHT COORDINATOR based in MILAN.

 

The overarching mission is to provide valuable insights that empower informed decision-making processes.

The Benchmark & Insight Coordinator plays a pivotal role in assisting the organization in understanding its market position, seizing opportunities, optimizing omnichannel strategies, and maintaining a competitive edge.

The ultimate goal is to streamline processes, effectively coordinate various stakeholders, and contribute to a culture of data-driven decision-making.

This collective effort is aimed at enhancing the overall performance and positioning of the business.

The candidate is tasked with leading a multidisciplinary team of analysts involved in:

 

  • Monitor Valentino's positioning in the Entertainment & Media industry, tracking the level of brand engagement generated by Celebs & Influencers activations, and measuring the volume of buzz and mentions for both the brand and its products.

 

  • Ensure a comprehensive analytical view of the eBusiness vertical (ECM, App, eCONC..) and marketing channels.

 

  • Plan, develop, and share reports and analyses on the full-funnel performance of the involved marketing channels.

 

  • Define, develop, and schedule activities for recursive reporting and analysis.

 

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  • Oversee all Reporting and Analysis activities, including Ad Hoc and Recursive tasks, at both HQ and Regional levels.

 

  • Organize, plan, and supervise Analytics, Analysis and Reporting activities, ensuring adherence to established rules of engagement for the Analysis Team.

 

  • Manage and maintain the Reporting calendar, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of insights.

 

  • Translate spot or specific requests from Online & Omnichannel departments into detailed analysis requirements.

 

  • Coordinate with various stakeholders to gather analysis requirements and organize the team for effective results.

 

  • Plan and execute the Topline forecast, encompassing Media ADV, Merchandising inputs, sales, and external factors (Competition, Inflation, etc.).

 

  • Ensure a precise and comprehensive understanding of Online business verticals by planning, developing, and sharing detailed reports and analyses on channel performance.

 

  • Fully leverage the analytical opportunities arising from the adoption of Adobe Analytics and Domo Business Management platform.

 

  • Contribute to the overall success and growth of the organization by cultivating a data-driven culture and Ensure that business decisions are aligned with strategic objectives, fostering an environment where insights drive informed and strategic choices.

 

Requirements

 

  • 5-7 years of experience in Analytics

  • Background in economic/marketing analytics or statistical sciences

  • Proficiency in Analytics Tools (Adobe or Google Analytics), 

  • Fluency in English.

  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills.

  • Previous experience dealing with different external vendors
  • Excellent coomunication and interpersonal skills
