WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

 

An  After Sales Associate for our Miami Design District. The After Sales Associate is an integral role that supports store management and the operations team in providing a timely and seamless client experience beyond the selling point. The After Sales Associate  will be responsible for full cycle of after sales which include customer service and repair services to our clients and as well as maintaining the store stock room.

 

Key Responsibilities: Client Services:

  • Serve as a Brand Ambassador by displaying a welcoming and friendly attitude to all clients,

entering the store and direct them to an available Client Advisor or Senior Client Advisor.

      

 

 

After Sales:

  • Responsible for full cycle after sales in location
  • Maintain and update all client repairs in SAP.
  • Partner with after sales department in corporate
  • Executing in house repairs (stud replacements & leather reconditioning)
  • Create and Manage SAP complaints in portal.
  • Client communication pricing, approval, timing, client pick up coordination.
  • Stock Damages partner with vendor to fix damaged items received.
  • Monogram requests if available in location.
  • Communicate with third party vendors for all repairs.
  •  Provide high level of service to our clients.

 

Operations:

  • Assist the stockroom team, to always maintain the stockroom, ensuring it is kept in an orderly manner and all products are correctly tagged and ticketed.
  • Assist with the delivery of stock when needed, collecting altered garments for customers and transferring garments to other stores as required.
  • Assists and supports with preparing and planning for annual inventory audit.
  • Ensure effective support is in place for the sales floor, bringing products to and from the stockroom, enabling the sales team to deliver an enhanced brand experience.
  • Carry out any additional duties as assigned by store management.
  • Support front of house maintenance during peak hours of the business i.e running and maintaining presentation in front of house.

 

 

Omini-Channel:

  • Ensure the omnichannel process is thoroughly followed from beginning to end.
  • Follow up with Omini channel orders ensuring that all orders are package and mail to customers in timely manner.

Front of House:

  • During peak times support  the sales team with front of house

 

Requirements:

  • Min 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferable in luxury retail.
  • Experience in escalated customer service situations in Retail.
  • Prior After Sales, Stock Associate, and Stock Administration experience in Retail.
  • Excellent communication skills verbal and written.
  • Strong time management and follow through skills.
  • Must be a team player.
  • Flexible to retail hours.
