Team Manager - Boutique
Location: Las Rozas
We are seeking a Team Manager to lead our boutique in Las Rozas. This is an exciting opportunity to oversee a dynamic team and elevate the boutique’s performance while ensuring it upholds the highest standards of our luxury brand.
Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Strategy: Collaborate with the Store Manager to execute strategies that meet sales targets and KPIs. Drive the team to deliver top-tier client engagement and help position the boutique as a key destination for luxury shopping.

Client Experience: Ensure an exceptional and personalized client experience at all times. Implement clienteling techniques to build strong, lasting relationships with local and international customers, fostering client loyalty.

Team Leadership & Development: Lead, coach, and inspire the sales team to excel in performance and service. Create a positive and collaborative environment, manage performance, and ensure ongoing training and development for all team members.

Store Operations & Visual Merchandising: Support the Store Manager in overseeing stock management, visual merchandising, and daily operations. Ensure smooth execution of all store processes while maintaining the boutique’s luxurious image and operational efficiency.

Brand Ambassador: Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the values and aesthetics of the Maison. Represent the brand both within the boutique and externally, ensuring a cohesive brand experience for all clients.
