Valentino is looking for an Intern who will be included in the Learning & Development, I&E and Engagement Department, based in Rome, and will support the team in the following activities:
- Provide day-to-day operational support for the Learning Management System (LMS), including course setup, user management, content uploads, enrollment tracking, and issue resolution;
- Support the execution and administration of learning initiatives on the LMS platform, ensuring accurate setup, communication, monitoring, and reporting;
- Assist in the design and development of learning materials (e.g., presentations, e-learning modules, toolkits, feedback forms);
- Support the coordination, tracking, and logistics of in-person and virtual training sessions;
- Help organize training activities and maintain the learning catalogue;
- Manage coordination with internal and external stakeholders across targeted projects;
- Support the tracking of suppliers, including entering supplier information into internal systems and monitoring payment progress;
- Analyze learning metrics and assist in preparing reports and dashboards;
- Support internal communication campaigns related to learning initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Education, Business, or a related field;
- Interest in L&D, people development, and luxury or fashion industries;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Power Point and Excel is required; familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus;
- Detail-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Organizational and project management skills;
- Fluent in English (B2/C1); additional languages are a plus.
