The Woman RTW Collection Merchandiser focuses on developing the Women’s RTW collection from a qualitative perspective (market, trends, creative development) and an analytical perspective by following up on best sellers and slow movers within the line.

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Contribute to the development of price bands, pre-costing, and pricing.
• Support the collection briefing for the design office.
• Summarize requests emerging from the markets.
• Manage collection timing and follow-up on collection progress during sample launches.
• Prepare documents for the sales network and for buyers in the showroom.
• Deliver training activities for the retail channel.
• Collaborate and provide dynamic support in activities with the press office, production, and retail CRM.

Requirements:  
 

• 3-4 years of experience in a similar role within the fashion industry 
• Excellent knowledge of fashion trends; 
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills with attention to detail; 
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment; 
• Effective communication skills; 
• Excellent proficiency with Excel; 
• Fluent in English and Italian.
