Valentino is looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to support the Talent & People Development Department based in Milan. The resource will support the team in the following activities:

• Support the recruitment process with a main focus on internships and entry level profiles (job posting, CV screening, interviews/assessment, on boarding);
• Support the maintenance and update of the internship reports and dashboards in alignment with Talent Acquisition metrics and KPIs;
• Actively support the Employer Branding team in their activities;
• Support the TA and EB team in the monitoring of the candidate's experience satisfactory.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Humanistic subjects;
• Master in HR will be considered a plus;
• Previous experience in recruiting in multinational company or recruiting agency is a nice to have;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Excel in particular);
• Fluent both in English and Italian;
• Agile mindset and "thinking out of the box" approach;
• Excellent time management and organizational and problem-solving skills.
