Position: Senior Client Advisor - Montenapoleone

As a Senior Client Advisor, you will act as a true brand ambassador, delivering an exceptional luxury experience while driving outstanding commercial performance. This role requires a highly accomplished sales professional with a proven track record in luxury retail, a deep understanding of client development, and a strong ability to build long-term relationships with local and international clientele.

You will be responsible for consistently exceeding sales objectives, mastering all key performance indicators, and cultivating a high-value client portfolio through personalized engagement strategies, private appointments, and proactive client outreach. In addition, you will play a key role in supporting boutique management by sharing best practices and contributing to the development of less experienced team members.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Excellence & Business Performance

  • Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets while contributing to the overall boutique performance.
  • Demonstrate expert knowledge of all retail KPIs, including sales productivity, average transaction value, units per transaction, conversion rate, cross-selling, and client retention metrics.
  • Proactively identify and maximize every sales opportunity, leveraging both appointment-based selling and walk-in traffic.
  • Drive business growth through a strategic and entrepreneurial approach to client acquisition and development.
  • Maintain a strong commercial mindset, constantly seeking opportunities to elevate sales performance and client engagement.

Client Development & Clienteling

  • Build, manage, and continuously develop a substantial portfolio of high-potential and high-value clients.
  • Establish long-term relationships through personalized and proactive clienteling activities.
  • Organize and conduct regular private appointments, VIP experiences, and exclusive selling sessions tailored to individual client needs.
  • Utilize all available CRM tools to monitor client activity, identify business opportunities, and execute targeted outreach initiatives.
  • Deliver highly personalized experiences that reflect the Maison's standards of excellence and reinforce client loyalty.
  • Follow up consistently with clients to drive repeat purchases and strengthen long-term engagement.

Client Experience

  • Deliver an elevated and memorable luxury experience throughout every stage of the client journey.
  • Act as a trusted style advisor by providing expert product knowledge and personalized recommendations.
  • Anticipate client needs and create bespoke solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Ensure impeccable boutique standards while maintaining a client-first mindset at all times.

Team Contribution & Leadership Support

  • Act as a role model within the boutique, embodying the values, service standards, and sales excellence of the Maison.
  • Support the Boutique Management team by sharing expertise, best practices, and commercial insights.
  • Mentor and guide junior Client Advisors, contributing to their development through coaching and on-the-job support.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a high-performing and results-driven team environment.
  • Encourage a culture of client-centricity, accountability, and continuous improvement across the boutique.

Profile

  • Significant experience in luxury retail sales, ideally within an international luxury fashion or lifestyle brand.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional commercial results.
  • Strong understanding and management of retail KPIs and performance drivers.
  • Established client portfolio with demonstrated success in client acquisition, retention, and development.
  • Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Passion for luxury, fashion, and delivering world-class client experiences.
  • Highly proactive, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding luxury retail environment.
  • Strong team spirit and willingness to support the growth and development of colleagues.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are considered a strong asset.
