Valentino is looking for an Intern who will be included in the Retail Planning Department, based in Milan, to support the team in developing merchandising financial plans at Channel/Region level, by category and season for Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) channels. The role contributes to the creation of global intake plans through sales and inventory forecasting.
Additionally, the intern manages and monitors key product attributes (e.g., Discount Flag, Outlet Flag) and provides regular analysis and reporting on worldwide sales, orders and stock levels.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Support the Retail Planning team in creating merchandising financial plans at Channel/Region level by category and season.
• Manage and monitor product attributes (e.g., Discount Flag, Outlet Flag, etc.).
• Create analyses and reports on worldwide sales, orders, and stock levels.
Requirements:
• Academic background in Economics and/or Engineering.
• Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced skills in MS Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, and large data management/analysis).
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
